Peter Corkrean
Peter grew up around home building since his early teen years. He has over 20 years of experience in planning, budgeting and building start-to-finish on new construction homes. Peter enjoys seeing the home building process take shape. From the first meeting with clients to handing over the keys at final walk through, he takes great pride in getting to know his clients during construction process and the many years of them living in the home.
Peter lives in Winterset with his wife and their three children. All are active in the Winterset school system and many local organizations, including the Paw Pantry, the Optimist Club, Church Groups, and more.
Tony Kruse
Tony has lived in Winterset since 2013 with his wife, and their two children who are active in the Winterset school system. He has 25 years of experience working in the construction industry — ten of those years designing kitchens and other cabinet spaces. The past four years were spent estimating new home builds as well as remodeling projects and basement finishes. Working with his dad in his younger years instilled a good work ethic. In the years since, he was taught careful attention to detail to see the little things before they turn into large issues. A great satisfaction for Tony is seeing the finished project meet or exceed the buyers’ expectations. That’s what makes all the hard work worth it.
