In early 2022 we had about 2 weeks to find a home as we had quickly sold our home in Mt. Ayr. Although Winterset wasn’t a place we thought about moving to, our realtor found a townhome for us to look at since the home inventory was so low in the Des Moines area. My parents purchased a townhome from North Stone Townhomes LLC in 2022. They signed the purchase agreement early in the construction process, so we were able to make decisions such as cabinets, doors, trim, lighting and plumbing fixtures, and such. My parents were living three hours away during construction and Peter made it a very seamless process. He gave us direction, but allowed us to make decisions so the home was unique to them. It was a very smooth process with no surprises.
